All of our products are third-party tested in a facility to ensure the highest quality and most ethical sourcing of ingredients. Certificates of Analysis (COA), or lab results, are available for all of our products on our website as well as upon request. Even though CBD is not yet approved by the FDA, we pride ourselves in following all guidelines and regulations set forth by the FDA. Our company is fully licensed, insured, and bonded on all the products we carry, which are well above the industry standards.

Thanks to the Farm Bill of 2018, CBD is classified legal at the federal level. The bill removed CBD in the schedule 1 substance list. It also legalized all hemp derivatives. 

All products sold by Mr.CBD Chicago follows the guidelines set forth by the federal government. All products are equipped with a lab report, Certificate of Analysis (COA), indicating the levels and percentages of CBD to ensure full and utmost legality. Each product is broken down to the batch number, sample ID, Metric ID, and Matrix HP. Each COA will include batch ID, date tested and reported, test and methodology. All lab reporting and COA’s are manufactured from third party testing facilities to ensure all products meet requirements and regulations set forth by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
